Root Cause. We don't just address symptoms. We believe that identifying the root cause of those symptoms is what's important and the key to wellness.
Bio-individuality. We are each unique, just like our fingerprints. Therefore, we don't have a one-size-fits-all approach to health. Everything must be customized to the individual's personal circumstances - drainage, nutrition, exercise, stress management, toxicity load, and sensitivity levels.
Wholeness. We are not just a body. We are an emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic being as well. Therefore, we must address things like trauma, mindset, EMFs, and your personal spiritual beliefs.
Compassion. We believe that true compassion and empathy for our clients comes from experience. Having endured chronic illness ourselves, we can then come alongside others with grace and love.
Empowered Hope Wellness™️ was founded in 2021 by Amy Brand. As a child, Amy suffered from hormone-induced depression and survived many traumas.
In 2007, Amy was diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis and Wilson's Syndrome. Over the next seven years, she endured multiple miscarriages, secondary infertility, five unsuccessful surgeries, and finally a hysterectomy at the age of 33, due to adenomyosis.
Her health continued to deteriorate and in 2017 she was diagnosed with Lyme disease, co-infections, candida overgrowth, mold exposure, uranium toxicity, food sensitivites and mast cell activation syndrome.
But, Amy's story doesn't stop there. Through it all, she had HOPE. Through it all, she continued to fight and EMPOWER herself with knowledge. Through it all, she discovered root cause wellness.
In 2021, after being hospitalized for the coronavirus, Amy had a revelation that it was time to start helping others like her, so she enrolled in the Integrative Health Practitioner program. She's a compassionate Practitioner who understands what it's like to battle chronic illness. It's her passion to help you lead a Healed, Healthy, and Whole life, too.
